Conference registration includes conference sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, day catering, delegate handouts and entry to the Welcome Reception on Thursday 6th October and the Conference Dinner on Saturday 8th October. Tickets to the CPR Workshop on Thursday 6 October and the Colour Vision Workshop on Friday 7 October must be purchased separately.

The CPR Workshop will only be run if minimum numbers are achieved. You will be notified via email if the workshop has been cancelled and a full refund will be given.

The Colour Vision Workshop is limited to 20 participants.

Accommodation

Accommodation has been secured at Crowne Plaza Newcastle and the IBIS Newcastle. One night’s accommodation is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel, and the remainder owing for your stay will be payable by you to the hotel on checkout.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellations and Refunds: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. A refund of conference registration fees will be made on all cancellations received before 2 September 2011, less $55 administration fee. There will be no refunds after 2 September 2011 although substitute delegates are welcome.

Privacy Policy: For networking purposes ASAM may make the name and contact details of each attendee available to the delegates in the form of a delegate list. In addition your contact information may be given to the sponsors/supporters of the conference. Please advise below if you do not wish for your details to be shared.
